Recognise Risks, Avoid Problems - A Stitch in Time Saves Nine in New Product Development
Our natural instinct is to think positive and to expect or imagine that problems found during new product development either do not exist or that they will go away on their own accord. Clearly this is wishful thinking but facing up to the facts can help us to launch products sooner and maintain greater control of the project timing.
