Sales Management Tip - Don't Reward Salesmen with High Sales Numbers Who Lack Integrity

Have you ever heard that quote; "a society gets more of what it rewards." Generally that quote is used in condemning a government program which rewards those who don't perform, and therefore we get less performance. Lately we've heard that in our schools, as we are so careful to prop-up the self-esteem of the students, that we give a certificate to everyone for merely showing up, regardless of their performance.
